About this house sitting position in LONDON

Hi there, we are a family of four living in Muswell Hill, North London, in a large flat, over two floors, (three bedrooms, front room, an office, a snug, kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large garden), with free parking space outside the flat. We need a sitter for our two miniature schnauzers (Derek and Frank, uncle and nephew), who are 5 and 3 years old. We are going away over Christmas to Thailand (first time out of Europe), for 17 days from the 17th December. Frank and Derek are pretty easy to look after, they have an hours walk each day, Coldfall woods is five mins from our flat, they eat two meals and then mainly sleep and do a bit of playing. They like people around them,. We tend to leave them on their own for a maximum of three hours, but probably no more. Frank's sister Lola lives four door away from us, and is here over Christmas if you need to go out for longer, her mum, Mari, is a good friend of mine, so is happy to be on hand if you need anything.
