About this house sitting position in London

This is a 4 bed terraced house in a quiet, leafy suburban street in West London, Chiswick, close to the river, Kew Gardens, rail and tube stations, as well as all the shops and restaurants of Chiswick High Road. There is a small, but pretty south facing garden full of flowers and plants in pots on the terrace. Garden plants and pots both need regular watering in dry weather. There is also a cat, Mimi, who is 14, but still active and likes people. She needs feeding 2 to 3 times a day, and since we do not have a cat flap needs someone around a fair bit to let her in and out of the house. She is very independent and likes her outside time. She also has daily drops on her food to help her with arthritis in one of her legs.
