About this house sitting position in London

My partner and I have a lovely new flat with balconies in Walthamstow, London. It is a stone's throw from a nature conservation (Walthamstow Wetlands) which we walk most days, a canal and a host of nice cafes and breweries. We're very close to the Victoria Line station Blackhorse Road, which is the fastest way of getting around in London. You can be in central London within 20 minutes.

We have fostered a lovely little black cat called Miles who is 2 years old and very cute. He is very shy and low maintenance, but is young so he loves play sessions with his toys a couple of times a day and of course needs food/water.
