About this house sitting position in London

Modern comfortable house in Wimbledon with large garden (approx 1/3 of an acre). There is a hosepipe ban and we have had to turn our irrigation off. We would like the sitter to water the garden daily with watering can morning and evening. Only the vegetables and can be watered with the hose. No pets.
