About this house sitting position in Manchester

Maisonette/duplex/two-floor flat in Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester, very conveniently located, with great public transport links and lots of road parking.

Please note it is above an off licence, so you would need to be physically comfortable with stairs, and there is typically noise heard through the floor until around 9pm... However, it's very helpful if you run out of milk!

There's a bedroom on the third floor, as well as a games/gym room, and the main living room has a bed as it has been used since the cat was a kitten confined to the room.

Everything is fully functional but we are in the process of updating the flat, so it is at its best cosmetically to be honest, but more than happy to answer questions or share photos or a video if interested.

We have one gorgeous indoor cat born Nov 2025, she's been spayed and has no need for any special medications or attention.

She's very low maintenance, sleeps most of the evenings, usually having bursts of energy first and last thing each day.

She's used to automatic dry food, two or three wet food meals a day, and water being switched out twice, as well as litter at least once or twice a day.
