About this house sitting position in Morpeth

Hi we live in the centre of a town called Morpeth in Northumberland.
There are lovely walks by the river just on the doorstep. Lots of friendly pubs and restaurants, if you should need them.
There are lovely shops and cafes all within a 2 min walk if our house.
We have a lovely wheaten Terrier dog called Bella who is now 13 years old. To be honest she just needs about 3 short walks a day about 20mins each time and she sleeps a lot in between. As she's older in years we feel it would be best to try and get someone to come and look after her in her own home.
This will be the first time we've used a House sitting service, but after reading all the reviews and recommendations it sounds like the best route for us.
We have family in Sydney in Australia who we now haven't seen for 2 years and wd love to go over for 6weeks from the 2nd Jan. I know this is a long time but when travelling so far away we thought we may as well make the most of it.
I recently had a knee replacement and am awaiting my second one to be done before I fly hence not being able to travel sooner. I'm happy to chat / meet or FaceTime if you would like to get to know me better.
Our house is on a small Terrace with 11 houses and they are our neighbours are very friendly.
