We have a Modernised 4 bed semi detached Edwardian home opposite Forde Park in Newton Abbot. Within walking distance of two supermarkets and a mainline train station (10 mins at a leisurely pace) with easy access to the A380 and a 25 minute drive to Exeter city.
The house is fully central heated with the addition of a log burner in the sitting room for cosy winter evenings.
We have one small dog, Noodle, a schnauzer poodle cross who is very easy to care for, and can be left for up to 4hrs at a time. She only requires one walk a day and is happy to go with you on outings or stay at home and sleep.
The accommodation is mainly over two floors but we have also converted the basement which you are free to use.
There is a terrace outside the kitchen with outdoor furniture and BBQ and steps down to a small garden.
We are situated in a quiet area on the edge of the town but close to the Trainline so there is some traffic noise
