About this house sitting position in NEWTOWN
Semi-detached country cottage. 1st floor - 2 bedrooms and bathroom (bath with shower over, WC, washbasin). Groundfloor - sitting room, kitchen, large conservatory. Outside - Utility room (shower, washing machine, sink, WC, handbasin), summerhouse, freezer room, outbuildings, secure (gated and fenced) garden, off-road parking.
1 small, well-behaved, friendly dachshund (female, 3yr old). She is fed morning and evening and walked each day (usually 45 - 60 mins) as well as having regular access to the garden. She sleeps in a crate at night.
