About this house sitting position in Northamptonshire

Very comfortable detached house & gated driveway with large private garden surrounded by trees. 5 mins walk away from supermarkets, charity shops, chemists, Hairdressers, cafes & numerous takeaways etc. Bus stop almost opposite. Beautiful countryside & Gardens only 10 to 20 mins drive including Althorp House - childhood home of Princess Diana. Beautiful Brixworth Country Park and reservoir less than 10 mins away. We are looking for a Non smoker, caring responsible lady who loves all animals & has experience in taking care of them.
We also are looking for someone who is happy to do so Without charge if possible. Mum 80 now ( Marian) & I'm not able to work due to health problems.

We have 2 beautiful 8yr old cats, half Ragdoll, one of whom is extremely shy & nervous so needs someone who loves cats & is calm & has patience. Will need feeding, cleaning out litter tray daily & if at all possible - as one is longer haired, brushing several times a week. ( realise this may not be possible as depends on my cat being OK with you! )

2 Lionhead Rabbits house rabbits need twice daily feeding, plus treats & hay bedtime, cleaning out litter trays, cleaning & sweeping up floor etc & happy to handle bunnies so can check for flystrike if needed. We adopted these 2 so sadly they're not keen on handling but do love a fuss! 🥰

Also have 4 Pekin Bantam chickens & 9 white fantail pigeons. They will need feeding & water, only MINIMAL cleaning consisting of scraping off droppings. Goes without saying really but all outdoor pets need to be safely shut in before dusk as we get foxes come through our garden. Also have a large fishpond so daily feeding & feed the wild birds.
Would need plants watering if dry weather.
We do have a dog but he will be coming with us. As you can see we have quite a menagerie! We have been let down in the past Very badly with pet sitters, even from agencies & have come home to neglected pets so we're extremely nervous about entrusting the care of our pets & home to someone new! Hope that there is a kind lady out there who's trustworthy & caring who wants to spend time in our lovely home & garden & will take good care of & love our fur babies so we can get a much needed holiday, as we haven't been able to get away for 8 yrs now since my dad died.
Do hope you have read this through as filling in the form required having to put 15 other pets!!! Which makes it sound much harder than it is considering that is mostly birds who need minimal attention!
