We are two retired nurses and have been together for about 43 years.
We live in a leafy suburb of Leicester in a tree line and quiet Avenue which is private and safe.

We have a large four bedroom 1920s semi detached home that is fully glazed and centrally heated with a gorgeous log Fire in the lounge.

There is a large modern family bathroom and an ensuite and also a shower room downstairs.

The extra large modern kitchen opens onto a beautiful wildlife garden and pond which is visible through two triple Bifold Doors.

We have an extra large television and surround sound system a Bosch dishwasher clothes dryer a double American fridge and Quooker tap..

In Leicester itself there are a wide range of activities to enjoy, including a wonderful theatre many Cinema an assortment of restaurants and pubs.

We are in walking distance from the co-op shop, a micro pub and a boutique shopping area with Deli and coffee shops.

We have five beautiful parks nearby for walking and a golf course less than half a mile away. The mediaeval Central of Leicester is a gem with the Richard the third Centre and museums.
Leicester is a multi ethnic town with a very famous area called the golden Mile.
Being in the heart of the country there is easy access to for example the market towns of market Harbour and market Bosworth.
We are also only an hour away from Rutland water a large inland lake and nature reserve.

Dog Coco is nearly 11 years old however she’s still very fit and has two walks a day. She is very well-behaved and obedient and we can take it anywhere and she’ll mix with any dogs and loves children.,
You would be expected to look after our dog, the house the house plants and feed our birds in the wildlife garden. Read more...
