My home is a three bedroom semi located within a beautiful and tranquil Lincolnshire village, only a few miles (10min drive) from the vibrant and historic city of Lincoln, 50mins to the east coast and 2.45 Hrs to London by car.
My home has a small garden which has direct access onto the village green/ park area, with driveway parking to the front. Lincolnshire is a beautiful county with loads to explore, lots of the surrounding villages hosting summer fairs and beer festivals throughout June -August.
There are lots of walking/hiking trails in the local area which can be accessed from the village, some shorter and others can be linked to give longer routes, some along canals, woodland, open countryside, quaint villages or into Lincoln it self, for more info on hiking in the area and walking maps visit hiiker.app. The county is steeped in history from Roman, Viking and Norman times. Lincoln is the home of the Magna Carta which is housed and can be viewed at Lincoln castle. Lincolnshire has a beautiful coast line with busy sea side towns and quieter beaches and nature reserves to explore.
I have two medium sized dogs at home ( lab x and bulldog x) and a very independent cat who comes and goes as she pleases. The animals would need feeding dogs x2 daily and cat once daily. Our dogs like to go out to play on the field or accompanying you on walking trails, however this is not a requirement as they are happy playing in the garden. The dogs are put into a pen when left alone and are happy to be left for periods during the day. Both our dogs sleep upstairs with us however would be happy sleeping without company as long as they were upstairs on their usual beds, not in the guest room if you prefer to sleep alone.
