About this house sitting position in Redditch

Detached 4 bedroom 5 year old property, in 4 acres with a stream running along the property, next to a ford, one neighbour so very rural but only 6 miles from Worcester city centre , Droitwich, Redditch, Bromsgrove near by. So very peaceful!
We have an outdoor kitchen, which has a BBQ and a pizza oven,I suppose you would call it a man cave! has a fridge, bar, its heated and enclosed with a balcony outside and overlooks the stream, where you can hopefully spot the kingfisher darting past or if your really lucky see the otters (we haven't yet!!) also another Gazebo with openings and awning that can be closed if windy or wet with windows and a table & chairs in there, no heating .
A lovely patio area around the main house so you can sit out there and this has a gas BBQ, Wood Burning open burner (for warmth only not cooking) and seating and table area under a Gazebo. It has wrought iron fencing with a gate for access all the way around.
We will need a someone here that can be available to stay 24 hours on a weekend and evenings during the working week, we can be flexible during the working week so you can get out and about as we have a family member that works from our office down the garden mon-thurs 9 to 5pm, Friday 9am-2pm so if the dogs/Dog is here she can have the dog in the office. if she needs to pop out during the week she may just need to hand the dogs back for a short time for your care.
As a rural property we need someone here all the time and if the dogs are here they are used to being with someone all the time. (we haven't decided if we are taking them or not yet) we may take 2 of the dogs but there is an older one that we may leave here as it would be too much for her to travel with us. but we may leave all 3 . they are Cocker Spaniels , Mother & 2 daughters from 2 separate litters.
If they are here they will need feeding twice a day, walks around the field or taken down the lanes for a longer walk, they need lots of fuss, Bel the older dog is in need of more regular trips to the back door for wees. we can tell you more in detail but there are easy to care for.
The gate will need closing at night once everyone has left, greenhouse will need watering at the weekend, maybe during the week, but not a lot otherwise to do. Read more...
