About this house sitting position in St Cyrus

Hello,
We are looking for housesitters to guard our house together with our doggie. He would do the barking part of course.
We live in a newly built 3bed detached house in a coastal village of Saint Cyrus. The amazing beach is a nature reserve and is a stone's throw away. Small shops nearby, bigger grocery stores a short drive away in the nearest town, Montrose. Great location for day trips to the Highlands, the east coast, Aberdeen or the famous Balmoral and Dunnottar castles...
While we are away, we would like you to keep our 8yo rescue dog, Eddie, company. At home, Eddie likes to chill out - he is mostly sleeping, always hungry, friendly and likes a good old cuddling session, but is not ok being left alone - he loves to accompany his humans basically everywhere they go! He is well-behaved and tidy, but sheds a sweater-worth amount of hair. He requires 1 longer walk and a couple of short ones on daily basis.
We have high-speed internet, perfect for working from home.
Private parking and big secure garden.
