About this house sitting position in St Leonards on Sea

I live in a 2-bedroom purpose built, first floor flat in the lively seaside town of St Leonards - one mile from Hastings. I will be away on holiday from 27 May to 4 June and need someone to live in and care for my cat Rameses. He is half Siamese, half moggie, very affectionate and needs company. There is a very well tended communal garden which the flat looks onto. The flat is 8 minutes downhill walk to the beach (ten minutes back up!). The walk goes through the heart of St Leonards with its cafes, bookshops, independent cinema and restaurants. The flat is quiet because it faces communal gardens and it is a quiet block. It would make a great place to write or work from home on a laptop.
The flat feels secure and safe.
