About this house sitting position in Swansea

We have one large male dog (27kg not neutered), and one cat.
We are looking for someone who is able to come and stay in our house while we go away on holiday (usually around 6 weeks a year). This year we are seeking a sitter from the evening of 21/11/25- lunchtime 16/12/25. Also lunchtime 14/8/25-17/8/25. We are also potentially looking at the same person walking him fortnightly to build a bond.

Bertie requires walking twice a day. We usually do an hour in the morning and a shorter poo walk of evening, these can be swapped to suit sitters needs.
He is quirky, largely obedient, able to heel etc but, we do not let him off the lead unless enclosed because his recall is hit and miss.

His food bowl is just left topped up and he grazes as and when. He is able to be left alone for up to 9 hours a day, providing his longer walk is done before leaving, this enabling someone to go to work and come back in the evening.

Our cat, Dave, requires very little, food and water kept topped up, he also grazes, toilets outdoors.

2 bed end terraced at the end of a long street therefore quiet, parking on street outside home.
TV with streaming available, kitchen etc, good sized rear garden.
5 mins walk to retail park with Aldi, Tesco, M&S, Next amongst many others.
10 mins walk to Penellegaer Woods and Ravenhill Park, 10 min drive to city centre, beaches all within driving distance, around 20 mins. 15 min drive to Mumbles village.
