About this house sitting position in Wainfleet

Looking for pet sitter(s) for a two month plus Autumn 2026 sit in lovely rural Lincolnshire (but also close to the coast). Market towns, country walks, sandy beaches and the bright lights of ‘Bracing’ Skegness all nearby.
Arrangement would be free sit in exchange for accommodation which is in our fully updated static caravan in our large garden overlooking the river Steeping,

We are located just outside of Wainfleet which is approximately 6 miles from Skegness. So we have the best of both worlds Countryside and Seaside! We are looking for someone to pet sit for around 2 months. We have 3 dogs ( 3 Greyhounds), 2 rabbits ( Angoras - housed in purpose built hutches undercover),9 Guinea igs, 4 small birds and assorted fish. As we would be away for around 10 weeks there would be some minimal garden maintenance ie plant watering. Accommodation would be in our mobile home in the large (half acre) garden which borders the River Steeping. The mobile home has been extensively renovated and improved and is heated by a cosy solid fuel stove/woodburner. Having the separate mobile home makes it easy to have a handover period. Facilities in our cottagewould also be available ie washing machine and shower is larger in cottage. There is also ample room for a tourer or motorhome. Good WIFI/internwt access so ideal for remote workers/ digital nomads.
