About this house sitting position in Woodend lane, Stoke lacy

Fun family looking for short term sitters for a wedding in May (21-25th) and also for our summer holidays (approx 5th - 19th July) away so our dog can stay in the comfort of his own home.
We are nestled in the Herefordshire countryside, an iddilic detached barn & Hopkiln with a cabin tucked away in the village of Stoke Lacy. An acre of garden with a stream running through it, a patio and outside eating area to enjoy too.
We have a lovely 11 year old welsh border collie Balin who loves regular walks and requires 2 walks a day. Balin loves balls and sticks and anything you will throw for him! He also enjoys cuddles and is very chilled once he's had his exercise.
We also have 5 lovely hens so you can enjoy daily fresh eggs! They are very low maintenance and would just need general daily feeding etc.
We have some gorgeous local pubs to enjoy and we are 25 minutes from Hereford city centre.

Our sitters would enjoy their stay in our self contained luxury Norwegian style cabin (pictures attached) but would also have extra facilities in the main house such as washing machine.

Reviews for Poppy

5 stars stars
“Poppy's dog Balin was our first sitting experience on this site and we were so lucky that we found her and her family!
We stayed in a new fully self-contained cabin behind the house and had free range of the several acre property.
Our responsibilities were looking after Balin and six rescue chickens + two sunflowers and a caterpillar for their son! :):)
Poppy's extended family and neighbour are also lovely people and invited us to dinner. Poppy's neighbour allowed us to take whatever we wanted from her flower, fruit and vegie garden and my husband looked after her garden when she was away.
Balin is such a good boy that he and our Westie, Hamish, would often cuddle up to go sleep.
We would absolutely recommend Poppy's home and Balin for a sit and hope to see them again one day.
