Our detached house is a barn conversion on a plot of about a third of an acre. Ground Floor has a kitchen, entrance hall, wet room, downstairs toilet and 2 reception rooms (with SkyTV/Netflix/Prime).

There are three double bedrooms, a bathroom and closet room upstairs.

Wormley West End is a hamlet on the edge of town, a long mile away from public transport. But there is a pub/restaurant within easy walking distance away.
Links into London are very good, but your own transport is needed to get to the train stations.

There is also a large retail park nearby, which would, again, need transport. Supermarkets do deliver here, however.

We have two tortoiseshell girl cats that need looking after. Lolly is an older cat, but very affectionate once she gets to know you. Cocoa is younger and more playful, but perhaps a little shyer and less fond of cuddles.

They need feeding twice a day, but do get occasional treats if they're cute enough - which they invariably are!
We have plenty of outside space for parking out front, with a very small area of woodland and a lawn at the rear.

There are some patio plants that might need watering, depending on the time of year.
