About this house sitting position in York

Hello!
Single female required for 5 MONTH HOUSE -SIT IN HISTORIC city of YORK from early May to early October.
Artists' large Victorian town house in quiet residential street in York city centre. WE HAVE NO PETS but do have a high-end self-contained holiday apartment, which has its own entrance within the lower part of the house. We require sitter to be responsible for giving guests a warm welcome and buying a few provisions before their arrival. We have a reliable cleaner for the apartment. We will continue to manage bookings ourselves from abroad but will keep in constant touch with you and our guests.
We have off-street parking and a small back garden.
Would suit someone who works from home, good Wifi, quiet street and lots of space.
