About this house sitting position in East Dulwich

Our house is a detached Victorian villa in a quiet leafy suburb about 3 to 4 miles from the centre of London. Buses and trains are just a few minutes walk away, as are shops, cafes, pubs and a Picturehouse. Two lovely parks are equidistant, about 20 minutes walk. Dulwich Picture Gallery is about 25 minutes walk and the Horniman Museum is a short bus ride away.
The road is quiet and tree lined with friendly neighbours and there is a drive to park a car if needed.
We hope someone (only non smokers} would like to live in and look after the house and garden, enjoy London and look after our 12 year old cat Artie. He uses a cat flap into the garden and is no trouble, but he likes company. He occasionally has a problem with hairballs and he has medecine for constipation if needed. We have neighbours who would feed him but we think two weeks would be too long to leave him without live in carers.
We are two retired secondary teachers who have lived in our house for nearly 30 years. We are going to Venice and would like the house to be lived in while we are away.
