About this house sitting position in Heanor

We are Sue and Jim and we have a detached house with a ground floor bedroom and wet room annexe close to Heanor Town Centre.
There is also a bedroom with adjacent shower room with toilet and wash basin. Both rooms are available for house sitters to use.
We have radiator heating upstairs and underfloor heating on the ground floor. The house can be warm on cooler days
There is parking on the drive or outside the property which is in a cul de sac and very quiet. There is a patio and garden which is west facing.

We would welcome whats app video calls with any interested house sitters.

We have 3 dogs
Rona a Romanian shepherd 41kg and aged 6 years
Casper Staffordshire Bull Terrier 22kg and 2 yrs 9 months
Louey a Spanish rescue 11kg and approx 10/11yrs

Rona and Casper are strong dogs and need an experienced handler. Louey just potters and sniffs.
They need a 30 minute walk local to the house and will then settle in the house and garden for the rest of the day.
Both Rona and Louey have medication with their food and their routine will be detailed for anyone who comes to care for them.
They all get on well and have very different personalities which makes them a joy to be around.

We are close to the town and there are a number of Supermarkets accessible by walking or by using the local bus service within 200yds from the House.
Buses go to both Nottingham and Derby and there is a train station half a mile away which is on the Norwich to Liverpool line.

All we ask is that house sitters care for the dogs and water the household plants/check the greenhouse and open doors if warm and put the bins out on their specific days (details will be provided)
