We have a three bedroom semi detached house in picturesque rural village of Tarleton, Lancashire. Fully modernised property, renovated in 2021/22. 15 minutes from Southport, and Preston by road. Bus links to both in close walking distance from the house. Within easy driving distance to Blackpool, Lytham St Annes, and the Cumbrian Lake District. Approximately 45 minute drive from Liverpool. Closest rail link is Croston (to Ormskirk), 5 minute drive, or Ormskirk, 20 minute drive with trains from Ormskirk, Southport, Preston regularly to Liverpool, Manchester, Cumbria, Keswick...

The area has many shops, three pubs and restaurants, a library and all necessary amenities.

The house has high speed wifi, newly installed central heating, a garden, fitted kitchen with Rangemaster, dishwasher, airfryer, washer/drier etc. Bathroom has a walk in shower, small space bath. All utilities included for the duration of the period required. Fully insured.

Our lovely dog, Winston, is a small Cockerpoo with a lovely temperament. He loves to play with his squeaky balls, likes to walk somewhere quiet and cuddles. He is very easy to care for and loves other dogs, scared of cats and does not bark at or chase them. All dog food provided, any expenses will be covered, full pet insurance and a local vet.
