About this house sitting position in Swansea

My home is a detached house .
I work in health sector ,I am going away for an important family required .
My home is 5 min away from the beach, have a back garden.
House is three floor
I have a friend living in the third floor who works everyday and back home in the evening only the kitchen for half an hour .
Middle floor I stays and my dog Sam
Ground floor has a single room with single bed .private shower and toilet, garden and kitchen.
House is in a beautiful site .
My dog is Bicton frise aged 10 who is frie day,loving and not much care needed.
I am going g away on 28th October early morning returning on 24th Nov.
I would like to have a.pet sitter atleast one or two days before either leave so I can explain everything g and get use to the house and the dog.
I will provide a week groceries and on my return i will provide an appreciation of £ (as what I can efford)
Please let me know what is further as I need to organise stress free travel away.
