Home and Pet Sitting Opportunity – Lovely Coastal Home Near the Beach

I’m looking for a responsible and caring person to stay in my detached three-bedroom home while I’m away for four weeks.

About the Home:

Detached, three-bedroom house spread over three floors
Each floor has its own shower and toilet
Located just 5 minutes from the beach, shops, restaurants, pubs, and bus stops
You’ll have a comfortable private single room on the ground floor with your own shower and toilet, plus access to the garden and kitchen

About the Household:

A lodger (a friend of mine) lives on the top floor. She works every day, comes home in the evening, and only uses the kitchen briefly once a day.
The home is peaceful, clean, and welcoming — people always enjoy staying here.

About Sammy (my dog):

Sammy is a gentle, loving Bichon Frise
He’s protective at first and will bark when new people arrive, but he quickly becomes friendly and loves being touched
Walks: two short 10-minute walks daily (morning and, if it’s not raining, evening) — he knows his routes!
Meals:
Daytime: meatballs (kept in a half container) and water always available
Dinner around 7–8 pm: a small pouch of Cesar wet food with carrots and some pieces of chicken
He also gets tartar breakaway powder for his teeth, and sometimes small treats like carrot slices or Bakers Whirlers (bacon & cheese flavour)
Morning routine: after his walk, he’s gently cleaned and wiped, given a dental care treat, and I spray a dental antiseptic to keep his teeth healthy

Sammy is very easy to care for and spends most of his time resting in his bed. You’ll have plenty of time to relax or enjoy walks to the beach.

Sammy is like my son — he means the world to me. I always show appreciation to anyone who looks after him with love and care while I’m away. I’m also happy to provide some food and a little help while you’re helping take care of my boy.
