Hello! My name is Amy-jo, 35 year old animal lover currently living in Buckinghamshire. I have been house sitting for the last 4 years through word of mouth and am excited to connected to a wider audience online who may be interested in my services and think we may be a good fit. I am an ex hair and makeup artist for film and tv turned yoga teacher and wellness practitioner for the last 10 years. I love my job and feel very called to help people feel the best version of themselves. I consider myself a trustworthy, loyal and creative individual, ive spent the last year traveling with work hosting retreats in Morocco and saint lucia , im now looking to find a place to call home for a while and work on my next business which is to host more online yoga and specialised wellness programs to create an even more flexible lifestyle. In my spare time i love the outdoors, nature is my church, especially the ocean where you'll find me surfing, paddleboarding, freediving or swimming. I have a dog called baloo who i rescued from Spain 10 years ago who currently lives at my parents, i would love for an opportunity to have him with me wherever i house sit but understand this may not always work if you have animals that prefer there own space. So for now he is happy at my parents and is able to stay there if it doesn't suit the house sit arrangements. Ideally i am looking for long term house sitting positions, i currently teach yoga classes around the Buckinghamshire area and am open to being an hour or so away from my clients until my online platform is up and running. Swapping my services for accommodation is also something i have done in the past helping couples and individuals with 121 sessions weather that's to help improve posture, sleep, improve mobility, strength and over all wellbeing. Occasionally the hair and makeup background can come in handy too if needed. I would consider my self very resourceful and practical, weather that's working in the garden, DIY, animal care, or general maintenance of properties, i don't mind getting my hands dirty. I have a very close family, mum, dad, brother and my 2 incredibly adorable nieces i tend to see often and love being apart of there upbringing. My partner and i live separately for now until we decide on a place and area to call home so for now house sitting and discovering new places is really interesting to me and I'm excited to connect with good people on here.
