****Please note: I will NOT be available again until around the middle of June, when I have vacancies through until the end of September.****

I am an animal loving, non meat eating, well travelled, ex-forces, very bookish, Mature Student of English Literature and Creative Writing. I am based in the North West but for the right position I would be happy to travel almost anywhere. I am in my third year at university and have completed a number of house and pet sits over the last two years-which saw me travel to Chorley, Liverpool, Manchester, Oldham, Blackpool, York and North Yorkshire and look after flats, houses, dogs, cats, fish and gardens.

I am an ex serviceman (so very well house trained!) plus I spent many years as a property and garden maintenance manager and have experience of living in and taking care of properties of all sizes from a flat to a mansion block and even a farm. I also have lifelong experience of living with and caring for dogs, cats, chickens and even pigs and can provide excellent references.

I am 'semi-retired' now and subsidise my student loan by house and pet sitting and much prefer the longer sits to shorter ones, though I would consider each offer I receive on it's own merits. As said, I am willing to travel almost anywhere for the right sit and further to that I do not charge for my time, though do ask householders to pay towards my rail fare or petrol cost, however this is subsidised somewhat by my having a student railcard and a very economical car.

I currently have some vacant dates in the summer, from mid June to late September, so should you be in need of a very experienced, responsible and trustworthy house and animal sitter during that time then please do contact me.
