We are a highly motivated married couple with a 'can do' attitude, that decided to change our lives in 2020 and travel Europe in our Motorhome. A month in, and Covid made it a challenge with lengthly lockdowns, however we still managed to travel and see much of France, Spain and Portugal. In November 2021 we flew to Thailand and spent 5 months in Asia, then back in the motorhome to travel Norway and Sweden.
Due to Brexit we now find ourselves at a loose end in the uk every 90 days, and feel that housesitting could be the answer for us. We have downsized the motorhome to a VW T6 so it only takes up the same space as a family car.
We have had dogs in the past (too many to mention but due to our travelling so much we don't want to commit at the moment. We have looked after many cats and dogs, and Bryn has a farming background so horses, sheep, goats etc (even snakes).
We are both non-smokers/vapers

We are both ex Military, then spent many years as civil servants. We are adaptable and flexible with no real commitments other than the desire to travel - so 90 days in the uk and 90 days abroad. We will consider any area in Britain but have a preference for the more rural settings. Read more...
