We're a Kiwi mum, English dad, and two gentle boys aged 9 and 12. We're spending five months in the UK visiting family, and would love to house sit mainly around Oxford, though we're open to travelling further afield for the right sit.

We're not pet professionals, but we are comfortable with friendly, settled animals who want company and a good routine. If your pet has complex needs or anxiety we're probably not the best fit. What we can promise is that we'll be attentive, caring, and reliable.

Our boys take a little time to warm up to new animals rather than rushing straight in, but once they've bonded with a pet it gets a lot of devoted attention. They're calm, home-loving kids — happy reading, cooking, and pottering in the garden — so your pets will have plenty of company throughout the day. We all love walking, and will enjoy the company of your pet. Dad works from home in IT, and Mum's focus is the family, which means someone is in the house every day.

Back home in New Zealand we own a house and garden we're proud of, with a pond full of goldfish the boys help look after. We regularly look after my sister's cats when she travels. We understand how much a home matters to someone and we'd treat yours with real care.
