I'm a active and adaptable 66yr old woman with a varied experiance of jobs/life.I've worked in shops, factorys, restaurants,marketgardens and I have over the years voluteered in Arnofini Arts Cinema, as group leader in BTCV, as a warden in Youth Hostels all over the country [ i always chose the backwoods ones] and on Skomer Island, with the birds. When not gardening, i work as a house cleaner, so have had many keyholding positions and am very security aware. I do not have a pet at this time as my landlord does not allow but previously had cats, also had good friends who were dogs. No experiance with horses/livestock but would love to get to know sheep and smaller animals.
In my free time, I like to walk, cycle, take photos and explore new places. I knit, sew and love making things --- i can build shelves or a wall, drystone or wet, lay hedges or a patio, ect.
I'm not afraid of being alone in wild places, in fact i love it and have a love and respect for nature and all animals.Also love driving and steam engines[ trying to vist all of wales's heritage lines] Not fond of using computers but can manage--just.
I do not smoke, drink or get high, except on music and high hills/wild seas,ect. Read more...
