Hi there, I'm Claire, recently retired from a lifelong career with animals.
Ive been travelling in the UK and abroad using the 'Workaway' site for some years and have excellent references on there.
Im a qualified BHSAI and when im not travelling, i volunteer at a local equine charity, having dipped in and out of working with horses most of my working life.
I also volunteer at a dog/cat/small furries shelter, and have worked as a dog sitter/walker/trainer.
I had my own rescue dog for 18 wonderful years until he died in 2020.
I ran my own cleaning business for 10 years and also teach flamenco and belly dance.
I've been a qualified Reiki practitioner (humans) for 24 years and also treat dogs cats and equines. I have recently completed the foundation module of The Trust Technique.
I also practice and teach yoga.
I am a non smoker/drinker and am interested in environmental issues, low impact living, rewilding, permaculture, birdwatching, walking, languages and wild camping (in my little micro camper van !)

Claire cared for our precious family so well.
There was good communication in the run up to and during the sit. From the moment Claire arrived I felt assured and confident about her staying in our home with our pets, and that the dogs and cat were in confident, caring and capable hands.
Cookie, Guinness and Tom were relaxed around Claire from the start and her knowledge around dog behaviour was very apparent. Pets all happy when we arrived home and the house was immaculately clean.
Would definitely recommend Claire.
