Hi !
Im Claire, recently retired from a lifelong career with animals.
Ive been travelling in the UK and abroad using the 'Workaway' site for some years already and have excellent references on there.
Im a qualified BHSAI and when im home, volunteer at an equine charity, having dipped in and out of working with horses most of my working life.
I also volunteer at a dog and cat shelter, and have worked as a dog sitter/walker/trainer previously and had my own rescue dog for 18 wonderful years until he died in 2020.
I ran my own cleaning business for 10 years and also teach flamenco and belly dance.
I am a qualified Reiki practitioner (humans) and have recently retrained to treat dogs cats and equines.
I also practice and teach yoga.
I am a non smoker/drinker and am interested in environmental issues, low impact living, rewilding, permaculture, birdwatching, walking, languages and wild camping (in my little micro camper van !)
