Four years of house-sitting experience on Nomador (some testimonials and references pasted below). Non-smoking, no drugs, avid and highly competent gardener.

I am American. An author, a digital nomad, animal lover and have become something of a gypsy by choice. House-sitting provides me the opportunity to give something back in exchange for opening up my horizons even further. I have a preference for long-term house-sits, must have unlimited use of the internet for communicating with my clients (I do not download or stream videos this is simply for email). Access to open water for swimming or a pool (yes, I can maintain it, run filters, flush systems) are huge bonuses. I have a clean driver's license so if you are remote use of your vehicle (as I am not renting one) is most genuinely appreciated.

There is a very real satisfaction in giving love to a pet that is missing its owners, and peace of mind to homeowners that someone (namely me) cares sufficiently to send videos and pictures of their pets and sometimes Skype live calls as requested. As a former Fortune 50 consultant I project manage exceedingly well but have burned out of that life and am content with 'small things'.

Love all animals but pictures of some of the dogs I have cared for over the last couple of years.

Non-smoking, no drugs, neatnik and DIYer. I'm an American struggling with the current socio-political environment so I decided to give myself some breathing room. Ask me anything as I am an open book, but you can also Google me (I am not famous but I have a substantial digital footprint).

Teresa has been a gift to our set-up – extremely enthusiastic and reliable, the dogs love her and we never have to worry about things being under control at home. Definitely an 'above and beyond'-type personality! Sure she is excellent at gardening too although she hasn't had a chance to get stuck in in the UK in winter... Very resilient and resourceful too – won't even let a serious tumble down the stairs dampen her spirits. Thanks Teresa :)

Her more recent focus on tourism-focused social marketing and, in particular, luxury properties have very quickly gained much traction for her clients and with tourism media. And her ability to combine a prolific social publishing regime with high-quality outputs is a rare and valued skill.

Teresa stayed at my place for a month and we shared lots of laughs and meals together. She kept the place looking fresh and made sure my cats had food, water, and love at all times. Her experiences around the globe are plenty and she certainly has an interest in the people she meets. It was fun hosting her.

Teresa représente ce que nous aimons des américains : la jovialité, l'optimisme et une délicieuse exubérance! Elle s'est très bien occupée de mes 2 chats et me donnait régulièrement des nouvelles.
Elle a même eu la gentillesse de transformer mon panier de légumes pour me laisser des bons petits plats!
Elle a fait un choix de vie courageux et a des tonnes d'anecdotes! Petit bémol sur le ménage car départ matinal et elle s'en est excusée. On peut vraiment lui faire confiance pour s'occuper des animaux et rendre des services! 1000 mercis Teresa!

Teresa est adorable. Enjouée comme le sont les américains, toujours le sourire et à la découverte de la culture française. Elle n'est restée que 2 jours mais son séjour restera en mémoire. A bientôt Teresa!
