We are Jason and David we have been house sitting here in the UK, but mainly in Australia, for the past 5 years. We are both retired. We have UK and Australian Police checks which we can provide ahead of the sit.

We have looked after many breeds of dogs and cats over the past 5 years. We absolutely love animals and we have also cared for chickens, fish and domestic birds. We do understand that it can be difficult leaving your pets behind so we are very happy to provide regular updates or photos on your chosen messenger apps. As we’re both retired we’d be with your pets the vast majority of the time.

David used work as a civil servant and Jason was a business development manager. We both decided to retire early to travel and have a less pressured lifestyle.

Over the past 5 years we’ve been sitting almost full time, we’ve been to places we’d never have dreamed of going and made a huge amount of friends throughout our journey. Many of our sits are repeat bookings.

Whilst our account on Mindahome UK is new we have an account with many reviews on the Australian sister site over the past 5 years. We are able to put you in touch with any of our previous sits either in the UK or Australia and can provide copies of the reviews we’ve received.

We will treat your pets with love and respect and follow your guidelines on when they’re walked and fed etc. we’re both fit and able to walk long distances.

Your home will be looked after as if it was our own, we will leave the house clean and tidy when we hand everything back to you at the end of the sit. Our aim is for you be able to relax and trust that everything will be taken care of whilst you’re away. We believe that we are the best sitters you can get although we’d ask you to refer to our reviews for that!
