Annette & Sebastian, we are an extremely caring, clean, tidy, trustworthy, respectful and capable couple. We have substantial experience of house-sitting, and we always look after the house we are sitting as if it were our own. We can provide excellent references from previous house-sits. We are currently looking for preferably a longer house-sit, either in London or elsewhere.

I, Annette, teach yoga and meditation, and am also artist and theatre actress, I've recently been running a small yoga business in London, while Sebastian, my fiance, has been working and studying in Design.


Both myself and Sebastian have substantial experience of house-sitting on long and short term assignments, within the UK and elsewhere and have always received excellent feedback and references from the people we have house-sat for, some for whom we've repeated house-sits. We've taken care of practical issues, gardens, animals. We have both owned animals and several of the house sitting assignments have involved caring for animals, which we enjoy a great deal. Please do not hesitate to ask for references.

Myself and Sebastian can offer total trustworthiness and respect, a great deal of experience and resourcefulness. We are non-smokers & non-drinkers and will care for your property with utmost care, maintaining it as you wish for your return.

We love animals very much and are happy to look after your animals as if they were our own, and will particularly enjoy this part of any assignment.

Sebastian is handy in the garden, having worked professionally in landscaping, and is also very practical, and good with DIY and general handywork and wouldn't be opposed to taking on reasonable odd jobs.

We are quiet, conscientious, and considerate. We will be present in the home much of the time, as Sebastian designs on his computer and I'll be setting up my business online.

Previous people we have house-sat for have commented how clean and tidy we have left the house.

For foreign assignments we have a number of languages between us, I, Annette, speak fluent Spanish, having lived in South America for several years, and also speak French and some Italian and Portuguese. Sebastian in addition to English, speaks fluent Swedish, Romanian, and also excellent French, and very good Spanish and Portuguese. Read more...
