Hey folks! I'm Katherine, a 41 year old animal lover who currently lives between the North East of England and London.
I travel throughout the UK pet and house sitting often at short notice.
I was up until April last year, a full time 24/7 carer for a very close family member, a job which although challenging at times, and incredibly isolating, I have loved every minute of.
I have been brought up around dogs, cats and horses.
I previously owned a bouncy Beagle, a beautiful Dalmation and a gorgeous Boxer girl.
I've also owned cats, and numerous ponies and horses. I previously worked as a groom on Stud farms in Devon and Hereford.

I have experience with large breed dogs, and administering medications to dogs, cats and horses.

In my spare time I enjoy walking, reading, and baking.
I'm currently online studying, so I can be at home with your furry family as much as is needed, and I don't mind hunkering down if the sit is more rural.
I am quiet, reliable and trustworthy. I do not smoke, vape or drink alcohol.
I am clean and tidy and will look after your home like my own.
I always provide regular photo and video updates via WhatsApp to paw parents whilst they're away, for piece of mind 😊.
If you have set routines for your pets, I will ensure they are stuck to.
I have numerous references, a current DBS and insurance.
Unfortunately I do not drive, but I'm more than happy to travel throughout the UK on trains.
I always have a video call prior to the sit commencing to put minds at ease, and depending on distance/time, I offer an in person meet and greet too. Read more...
