Hi, I am a 55+ British mum of two young adults and two feline children, visiting from Australia. I have an unexpected trip on my own to the UK, and thought that house- and pet-sitting would give me the opportunity to 'live like a local' during my trip. I really miss the British countryside, way of life and seeing family and friends.

Our two rescue cats are mainly indoor cats, who enjoy supervised time in our garden. I have less experience with dogs, but I enjoy long walks and would love a doggy companion for that. I am a non-smoker and non-drinker and enjoy quiet evenings at home.
