More information about this house sitter

Hello! :-) I am a conscientious, careful, respectful person who is very loving to pets, plants and homes. I also am a great manager of property as I have done that kind of work over the years. If you are someone in Norwich city, or the Norfolk area, looking for a person to home sit, pet sit, or you travel frequently and are looking for a long term share for easy take over of things when you need to travel, I am your Girl Friday.

I have been an Airbnb Superhost and have great feedback on that site, as both host and guest. Currently, I am a caretaker/renter in Ireland in a house that I moved into for one year and am now in my forth year as the landlords keep asking me to stay on.

I am a writer and mature student who will be studying in UEA from August 2020 to Summer 2021. I love 'home life' and hate the idea of being in anonymous accommodation at this stage of my life. So I am looking for home and/or pet sits, or a long term share/care if that is what you need
Ideally, I am looking for a situation that lasts the academic year, or sections of the year, say Sept to Dec. Jan 2021 till June/July type of thing.

I am friendly and caring and I get on with people and I am especially good with children, pets and plants: they love me! I am respectful of privacy and boundaries and am quiet living.

You might travel a lot for work, eg, are away for several weeks at a time, or back at weekends and so on, and need flexibility of support. If you are happy to have a house sitter in situ, I would be more than happy to do that.

My companion is George, a 9 year old, neutered Maltese X dog, so non shed, non bark-y breed. I call him 'cat-dog' because he loves snuggling up. He is used to other dogs and cats and isn't a bother. In fact he is such a good dog that places that usually say 'no' to animals have let him in — and wanted to keep him! True. George is a charmer.
