More information about this house sitter

We are a married couple with grown up children and now small grandchildren. Having lost our beloved rescue Bear at the age of 16 and having had him since he was 6 months old, we are obviously heartbroken. However having used house sitters ourselves, we thought we would pay back and be the ones to do the sitting. This gives us our “pet fix” but also leaves us free to spend time on our boat. We have completed over a dozen different house sits, both in UK and in France and have received 100% recommendations! We love exploring new areas and forming close bonds with the animals in our care. It’s always sad to say goodbye but I’m happy to say that a number of people have asked us back again and again! We run our own printing business which means, as long as we have reliable Wi-Fi, we can work from wherever we end up. It also means that we are “home” most of the time! We both love walking and pottering around the garden. Bruce loves crosswords and classical music and Janie loves cooking up a storm!
