Hello

I am a retired Management & Search Consultant : who loves most animals, - especially fond of the feline variety. I have had several cats including a "one eyed Siamese" over many years - needless to say called Nelson!...they have all lived to a great age!...
I lived in London for some 40 plus years, but enjoy travelling to visit family & friends abroad - during the Covid Pandemic, this was not possible. I therefore continued to House Sit, as well as Pet Sit when required; mainly within the Greater London area. I am prepared to travel within certain distances & look for my travel costs to be reimbursed from my London base.
I have family living in London & the Home Counties - I am a doting Grandma to 5 grandchildren, all of whom have a variety of pets, including cats & dogs, chickens, guinea pigs, indoor fish & tortoise, etc. .... though no reptiles or rats please!..plus for over 25 years I have cared for family & friends homes during long periods, as well as caring for their pets.
I am looking to House & /or Pet Sit for a family who have property, & possibly pets who need some TLC whilst their owners are away, as well as caring responsibly for the security of the property. I am very hands on & very capable of dealing with a crisis when necessary (eg. a burst water pipe, a door handle which broke & trapped me in a room for several hours!... I even had to deal with a large sun light glass roof which exploded onto me during a storm!!!...) I had pretty solid bookings since starting House/Pet sittings on a regular basis for the past 7 + yrs; & via another website. I have had many with repeat bookings. I have completed over 35 House Sits , from 3 weeks to 3 months. (* attached are a selection of References that I have from this site. I have more from the other website I use, which I would be happy to forward). I have an up to date DBS Police check.

* I am keen to secure bookings from mid DECEMBER to MARCH 2026 ideally from 1-3 months, ( minimum 3 weeks or longer)
( My preference would be to be a House Sit with or without cat based in Central or North London)*
As a highly responsible house owner, plus running my own International business , - for over 40 years, I know how important it is to have someone trustworthy, & totally reliable to care for your property, & pets in your absence. I am prepared to do plant watering etc, plus basic routine household duties. I recently had a full knee replacement , although I am fully recovered I am now only house & cat sitting!...…
I am fit, energetic, & lead a full and active life. A non smoker, a driver, with a clean license for over 40 years. I 1àhave been fortunate enough to have travelled fairly extensively. I have numerous interests, some of which include: keeping fit, walking, enjoying the local history of places wherever I House Sit, the Arts, painting landscapes, reading, as well as having an active interest in writing!...
