About Me
I am lucky enough to work remotely so even though I have to work, I am free to chose where from so I have been house-sitting for more than 7 years now.
I do not have any pets of my own at the moment but I grew up in a farmhouse with all your usual dogs, cats, rabbits, cows, chickens, geese, ducks, horses, pigs, cows and all farm animals... and this means that looking after your pets and give them all the love I've got takes me back in time a little, to a more simple, more nostalgic time.
I prefer remote and/or quiet places, not too far from a city but far enough. I have my own car so access is not a problem and I am very comfortable with no contact handover.
In my free time, I enjoy lots of reading, watching documentaries, swimming, yoga, meditation, hiking and long walks.

Why I want to house sit
For the longest time it was to travel to different places while also taking care of beautiful little or big bundles of love and fur or feathers. As time passed, I started looking into settling down, so housesitting gives me the opportunity to get to know different areas around the country and get ideas of layouts, designs, and all the little things that make a house a home, as well as maybe finding the perfect spot to settle.
I treat any place like is my own home, with love and care and keep it clean and tidy. Additionally, I am a non-smoker, I don't drink and I enjoy my peace, so I spend most of my evenings at home which fits perfectly with taking care of your home and/or pets.

My Experience
My experience in house sitting ranges from 1week to 1year, taking care of homes and mostly cats and/or dogs. However, I have also taken care of most other types of pets and farm animals - I absolutely love cows, they are so smart and kind, and pretty much just big dogs. The only animals I haven't taken care of yet are snakes and some exotics.
With cats and dogs, I like to give them belly rubs, play around and have them sleep in my lap or next to me. I also love to take dogs out on walks to get fresh air and move around.
