My name is Marcus Demuth. I am originally from Germany, and lived for 20 years in the US and 5 years in the UK (Anglesey), where I studied Oceanography at the School of Ocean Sciences in Menai Bridge (Bangor University). For the past 10 years, I own a fully rented 4-family home close to Frankfurt, and owned also a property on Anglesey while living here and in the US. I can do most basic repairs and I enjoy working and communicationg with contractors, handymen, tenants and neighbors. Please feel free to get in touch for any questions.
