Quiet, careful semi-pro house guest

I am a calm, easygoing, quiet and tidy bookish sort who has spent long periods of time living in other people's homes over the years, so I am quite good at being a considerate, clean, careful house guest. I love cats and am happy to keep them company - my work is online so I will be at home most of the time, although I do love to go out for a good walk every day.

I do not drink or smoke (or eat meat) or watch TV. I am hypersensitive to cold, so will not thrive in a very chilly home, but will never ever complain about the heat!

I am of course happy to water plants etc - if properly instructed.
