Daniel is a fully retired software sales executive and now volunteers in our church’s children’s ministry. CarolJean is a retired engineer, and now works part-time in development for a Christian ministry. She is also nurturing her newly-discovered talent for oil painting. Daniel grew up on a farm and has always been around animals. We both adore pets and have enjoyed over a decade with our two beloved golden retrievers! We also love art, music, good food, entertaining, and travel. House sitting is a terrific way for us to travel and immerse ourselves in a culture as we get to know the local people.

We’ve been homeowners for 40yrs and know how to maintain a house and garden properly. We’re very organized and tidy (see the last picture which is our home in North Carolina) and will take good care of your home, garden, and furry family members (or reptiles, birds, or fish!) We are available after April, 2024.
