Retired Couple Interested

We are experienced hospitality managers. My wife & I are non-drinking, non-smoking retired professionals.

My LinkedIn profile shows jobs as a project manager, but on the side I have assisted my wife in managing the Reveille Inn in Bryan, Texas for 8 years. I have built fine kitchen cabinets, framed buildings, repaired and installed new plumbing, constructed fine furniture, gained the respect of local electrical contractors with my work, improved old wiring, installed new wiring and built greenhouses. I have a passion for gardening. In addition, I was on the board of the home owners association for 8 years and have plenty of experience in working in community management. I have taught english as a second language.

My wife has managed staff, created awesome food dishes, prepared menus, caters events (weddings, anniversaries and business meetings) and guest rooms at a local B&B for almost 10 years. She is excellent with people and has a fine sense of business and business networking.

We are currently available starting around February 26th. I will e-mail our resumes with references.

In our engagements at different locations, we are in constant communication with owners, letting them know what is happening in the neighborhood, with the house and with us. If improvements or complex maintenance is requested we will write up plans, schedules and costs for approval, before starting. We take before and after pictures so the situation is well documented. We also keep receipts and pass those on for verification.

Both of us have experience in caring for animals of all ages. We have given the animals medicine where needed.
