Retired technical consultant. Mechanical engineer. Very smart very tidy and well presented. Spent many years living and working overseas mainly in the middle east.
Well spoken, well educated. 6'1 medium build, clean shaven very smart appearance. Animal lover. Non smoker.
Experienced house sitter, various locations around the Uk, Cyprus. Damascus (before the war)

Since retiring some 15 years ago I moved into the higher end of the building business. As a highly skilled first class craftsman I turned my engineering experience into high precision building projects.

I recently returned from Pissouri, in Cyprus after initially Villa sitting. The clients mentioned converting under their large balcony into a self contained single double room apartment. I offered my services and Designed the apartment to their satisfaction then completed the work to a very high standard over a period of almost 2 years. The couple have now retired permanently this April. References, and before, during and after photos available. Painting and decorating can be done during a house sit, if time dictates.
