About Us:
We’re a non-smoking, temperate semi-retired couple who have had extensive pet/house sitting experience, each with glowing references.

Stan is originally from England, having emigrated to Canada when he was twenty-two. Maria, on the other hand, is from Northern California.

Maria is a painter and also teaches painting at a local college.

Stan was a computer consultant with a major bank prior to his retirement. Over the past several years Stan has been a board member of the local Arts Commission, vice-president of the county historical society, and secretary/treasurer of a ballet company.

We've traveled extensively in India, Japan, Southeast Asia, Alaska, throughout Canada and the USA, as well as many European countries. Our interests are broad and diverse, and reflect our love of art, nature, history and spirituality.

Why we want to house sit:
We've found that house/pet sitting is the perfect way to travel. We enrich our lives by exploring new places and meetIng new friends, especially 4-legged ones.

Our Experience:
We've had many dogs and cats over the years and have an especial love for pets and a concern for their needs, their safety and their well-being.
More recently, we’ve pet/home sat in the UK for several pet owners. The reviews by these owners reflect our trustworthiness and integrity, our concern and care for their pets and home, and our total commitment to provide a care-free time for the pet owner. Read more...
