More information about this house sitter

I am a retired airline captain who has been a part time farmer and have always had many animals. These include: Dogs, Cats, horses, Sheep, Cows, tortoises, Budgies, hamsters and rabbits. I have often had to administer medicines, groom and give injections to them over the years.
I have remained fit, strong, healthy and active.
I have had a military background and have held managerial positions as a pilot and am very conscientious, love people and animals and enjoy communicating with both.
I am a strong believer and have never smoked in my life and have less than a full glass of red wine with my evening meal.
We bought a farm in area of scenic beauty in Zimbabwe, where both my wife and I were born and planned to live our retirement on the farm but due to unforeseen circumstances we have had to leave Zimbabwe and move to the UK after 12 years.
I was the manager of a flower farm, in the Eastern highlands for 4 years and were then offered employment as caretakers of a beautiful private estate that had four houses and a staff of eleven. While there we took over 4 Arab horses and 5 dogs from other farmers who had been evicted from their farms. I did the maintenance of this property which included a beautiful dam stocked with trout while my wife, Tish supervised the park like gardens and vegetable gardens.
After another four years, our daughter was diagnosed with cancer and we had to bring her to the UK to undergo six months of chemotherapy and has has now been given a clean bill of health.
My wife and I have been happily married for over 52 years and she is currently working as a live in carer for old folk around the UK.
I have been doing part time driving for up to 10 hours a day to bring in some extra money while we took care of our daughter and we both love the UK and enjoy travelling and meeting new people
