More information about this house sitter

We are Sue (retired nurse/NHS manager) and Martin (retired engineer). We previously worked with Mindahome from 2022 to 2025. We enjoyed all our sits and prided ourselves on doing that little bit more for our clients. So much so that Martin was christened the shed tidying elf and the chicken whisperer (prior to our visit, the chickens had stopped laying!!) and a repeat sit request from a lady who said her kitchen drawers needed tidying again! We have cared for dogs, cats, ponies, fish, chickens, geese and alpacas. Stayed in some amazing homes in lovely locations. We have been snowed in, I learnt to cook on an AGA and we made some lovely new friends. We only stopped sitting in 2025 because prior to that we had lived on a Dutch Barge and a lifestyle change was called for, so we bought a house in North Lincolnshire, which needed a total renovation. Much of which Martin has done. That is now complete and we feel ready to enter the housesitting world again. We hope we'll enjoy it as much as before and that you and your animals will welcome us into your homes.
