Hi! I’m Melanie - please call me Mel. :)

I'm a passionate traveller, animal and nature lover, amateur photographer and bibliophile.

I am embracing the opportunity to take an adult gap year (or two), to travel and see and experience even more of our wonderful world.

I will be renting out my home in Melbourne and I am so grateful to my family who will be caring for my two rescue cats whilst I’m away.

I'm a non-smoker, reliable, trustworthy, friendly, respectful, a vegetarian and will look after your home and fur or feathered babies like I do my own.

I'm an experienced pet sitter and dog walker. I’ve been surrounded by animals all my life, having grown up with numerous dogs, cats, birds and rabbits as much loved family members.

For 8 glorious years I was mum to darling Patchie, my rescued former racing Greyhound. She lived a long, healthy and happy life with me and recently died at the grand old age of 15. That’s us in my profile pic 💖

I have been a foster carer for cats and kittens and I am confident in administering medication, including injections.

Having travelled extensively in the UK, I look forward to exploring new places and returning to old favourites.

I have attached screenshots of reviews from my pet sitting profile and also Airbnb so you can book me with confidence, knowing your pets and home will be loved and cared for in your absence.
