More information about this house sitter

We-re Will and Siobhan. We're 33 and 34, engaged and have been together for eight years. We split our time with work, adventure travel, and any opportunity to visit friends and family - especially if they have pets!

We’ve gained plenty of experience giving animals and pets the care and affection that we firmly believe they deserve- both through pet sitting and having our own pets. We have recieved excellent house sitting reviews on another housesitting website and are happy to provide links to our profile there for you to read. All of our house sit reviews are 5 star. We've looked after various combinations of cats and dogs, and of various tempremants- older terriers, nervous rescues, engergetic pointers, cuddly cats and aloof kitties.
We have grown up with a variety of animals - including cats, dogs, Guinea pigs, gerbils and fish. And of course, each and every one of those pets has brought so much joy to our lives.

We have looked after both large country homes and luxury city apartments. We own our own property and so understand how important it is to maintain a property properly and to have someone trustworthy in your home. We're comfortable dealing with both standard issues (low boiler pressure, bleeding radiators, fuses blowing) and the more unexpected ones (furbabies with eye infections, rogue deer appearing in the garden, gas leaks).

We both work from home 90% of the time, occasionally travelling to a meeting. We have a car each, but happy to travel by train if parking is an issue.

Our wonderful resuce tabby boy- Kingsley -sadly passed away last year from a heart condition. We miss him dearly and have alot of love to give to other animals. We’re also house sitting because we'd love to see more of the UK to help us decide where we might want to move to in the next couple of years. We also really enjoy walking and so it would be wonderful to house sit somewhere where walks are available.

As mentioned above, we have both grown up with animals in addition to house sitting. In terms of dogs, Siobhan had a chocolate labrador called Frank as a teenager and lived with an alsation, and Will had a Westie. We now regularly look after a set of Chow Chows, a spaniel, a cockapoo, a Westie and a Manchester Terrier. In terms of cats, both Will and Siobhan have owned resuce cats and Siobhan has also had a kitten. Will has owned several pairs of rabbits and so is experienced with their care. Read more...
