More information about this house sitter

I'm an IT professional, recently changed job which let's me work 100% remotely. I had planned to spend time in Croatia from July but the flight has been cancelled. That plus general Covid faffery, I've decided to relocate to London to be close to my girlfriend. She lives in Broxbourne so being near public transport for Broxbourne is a bonus.

I'm a fan of rugby (watching, not playing), try to visit the gym regularly, the odd movie and staying healthy.

I'm dog/cat friendly, having owned both in the past. My girlfriend has a Pomeranian puppy. He has an Insta account - "lordlouisthepom". Warning: it's a bit cringe.

My priorities are:
- I work for a busy IT startup and as a developer I need a peaceful working environment
- I require a good sized desk for a laptop and two monitors (see pic)
- Local amenities (shops, gym, cafes). I'm not super social, I'm happy to be myself (particularly when working), but like to socialise when it suits me using apps like MeetUp
- Close to transport for Broxbourne is a bonus
